About Us

Learningbp is a Puerto Rican educational entity dedicated to offering tutoring, conferences, online courses, workshops, webinars, and educational services to students from Kindergarten to Graduate level.

Learningbp was founded by Pierette Bartolomei-Torres, Ph.D.; educator, neuro educator, and educational psychologist and Ian Crespo-Orta, M.Sc. Her thesis dissertation was based on the use of the theory of Multiple Intelligences in Second Language Acquisition.

Since 2019, the Learningbp blog has published articles, infographics, and educational resources that are useful for parents, teachers, students, professionals, and anyone interested in learning about the educational field. Several topics that you can find on the blog are the use of multiple intelligences in the classroom, educational leadership, teaching techniques, learning skills, assessment, homeschooling, the use of educational theories and activities, E-learning, special needs instruction, and much more.

In 2020 Learningbp started offering tutoring and specialized courses to students. Each one of our tutors is a bilingual educational specialist with experience in public and private schools. Our goal is to fulfill each student’s needs and to provide an excellent educational experience that involves the student, parents, and tutors. We also have our Summer Workshops program every year in June. These workshops enhance curiosity and the development of Multiple Intelligences.
